These terms apply to your use of breathe-plus.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make through it. The Site and the Breathe+ brand are operated by Algoclick Ltd, 14 Devonshire Square, London, EC2M 4YT, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. The product

Breathe+ Premium Nasal Strips are drug-free, single-use adhesive strips designed to gently lift the sides of the nose to support nasal airflow. They are for external use only and are not a medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not designed to treat sleep apnoea. Always read the instruction guide enclosed in the pack before use. If you have a medical condition or are unsure whether the product is suitable for you, consult a healthcare professional.

Do not use on children under 5 years of age, on sunburned, irritated or broken skin, or if you are allergic to any component of the strip. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

2. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your cart. We confirm your order by email. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if payment cannot be verified; in that case we will refund any amount already paid.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly from what is shown.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Site in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties are shown before you pay, unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Orders are charged at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us at hello@breathe-plus.com and we will help.

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country unless they were collected at checkout.

5. Cancellations and returns

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Because nasal strips are hygiene products, this right does not apply once the sealed carton has been opened, except where the product is faulty.

To cancel, email hello@breathe-plus.com with your order number. Return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the product price (and standard shipping, if the whole order is returned) within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

6. Faulty products

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you, including reasonable return costs.

7. Safety reporting

If you experience a serious reaction, stop using the product and contact us. Incidents may also be reported to the relevant regulator: in the UK, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA); in Ireland, the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA).

8. Liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for any loss caused by using the product other than in accordance with the enclosed instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual property

Breathe+ and the Breathe+ logo are trademarks of Algoclick Ltd. All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the Site when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
